Who are the classes for?

My clients typically range from the age of 62 to 92 and include people from all walks of life. I focus on people like my parents, who want to live and enjoy a good quality of life, maintaining their independence but often struggle with some health-related challenges.

My classes are well planned and hugely beneficial. They are safe, effective and enjoyable and are designed to improve your posture, strength, flexibly, balance, mobility, coordination and confidence. They help to manage pain (more movement = less pain).

I am passionate about empowering and helping people maintain their fitness or get fitter both physically and mentally though exercising, breathing and relaxation, so that they are able to do all the everyday activities they love doing without being dependent on other people, and live and enjoy a longer healthier life.

Where are the classes held?

My group exercise classes take place in local community centres in various locations of West Hertfordshire such as Berkhamsted, Tring, Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead (Leverstock Green and Boxmoor/Warners End).
