My exercise sessions are always selected carefully and delivered in a safe manner; however, they may not be suitable for everyone. If you haven’t done much physical activity for a while or have a medical condition or are recovering from injury you should consult your doctor or health professional to seek their advice and follow all health and safety instructions before beginning my exercise program
To accommodate everyone safely in the community halls, all classes need to be pre-booked on a ‘first come-first served’ basis
If you happen to miss a class that you have booked and pre-paid it for in advance, you can make up for it by attending another class within a two-week period in a different location, providing there is space available, hence please check it with me first if possible
Refunds are only available if classes are cancelled by me, unless exceptionally there is a long-term injury or a medical problem which stops you attending a pre booked block of classes. A doctor’s note is required in order for me to provide any refunds due to health-related reasons. In a case of class cancellation by me (e.g. due to last minute hall hire unavailability), relevant full refunds or credits will always be given

I knew I needed discipline to do something about keeping fit and I wanted to know what exercises were best as I get older. Marta creates a relaxed, happy atmosphere. I had been to classes before but they were very serious and not fun. I feel so much better after, and pleased with myself for making the effort. Give it a go and you will enjoy it.
Medical people recommended an exercise class to me. Marta illustrates each movement clearly with her demonstrations. She speaks clearly so we can all hear and she doesn’t shout. I enjoy the pleasant company of people of a similar age and physical condition all attempting to keep as fit as possible. Class is taken seriously and exercises change continually so you don’t get bored.
What motivated me to join the exercise classes? Losing movement in left side after suffering stroke in 2019. I enjoy most the variety of movement in the exercises, on all areas of the body and the relaxation. I feel motivated, fitter, and more mobile in my limbs, also calm and relaxed. I always enjoy the music.
After doing Yoga for many years and not now being able to do floor exercises, it was a good way of carrying on Yoga in a an easier way, by sitting. Exercising every part of our body and learning to relax more really benefit us.

If you want to exercise but are put off by the Gym this is for you. You don’t need any special clothing. You don’t need any equipment; it is all provided for you. Don’t think chair-based exercise is not proper exercise. Enjoy the movement you can achieve and have fun.
It’s a full exercise from head to toe. I feel to have gained better balance and strength since joining Marta’s class and feel very relaxed and calm after the class. Don't feel you should try to keep pace with others around you, go at your own speed.
I gain satisfaction at the close of the class, and certainly I really do feel better in mind and body.
Exercise is good for you. It helps to keep all your joints moving. You can get stiff as you get older. Also it’s good to get out of the house.
