Staying Strong - Senior Fitness Classes
Senior Fitness with Marta - West Hertfordshire

Safe, friendly, effective weekly classes for seniors.

  • A mixture of seated and standing exercises with a chair support or without if you don’t need to use the chair. Chairs that we use are solid, stable and safe
  • Exercises that are accessible to everyone – whatever your ability, and anyone can do it
  • Exercises to music with a lovely group of people of a similar age and at a similar ability level
  • Each class is delivered face-to-face, not online, so you can interact directly with many other people who are in similar circumstances
  • Every session consists of an hour or an hour and 15 minutes

  • My exercise sessions are always selected carefully and delivered in a safe manner; however, they may not be suitable for everyone. If you haven’t done much physical activity for a while or have a medical condition or are recovering from injury you should consult your doctor or health professional to seek their advice and follow all health and safety instructions before beginning my exercise program
  • Don’t exercise if you are feeling unwell

  • Refunds are only available if classes are cancelled by me, unless exceptionally there is a long-term injury or a medical problem which stops you attending a pre booked block of classes. A doctor’s note is required in order for me to provide any refunds due to health-related reasons.
